Sailbud.com is a free cruise planning toolkit. We take your privacy seriously. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Nothing by default. Sailbud runs entirely in your browser. Your checklist progress, countdown dates, and preferences are saved only to your device's localStorage — we never see them.
If you sign up for our Cruise Countdown email series, we collect your email address, sail date, destination, and cruise line. This is stored securely with MailerLite and used only to send you the email series you requested.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on site). This uses anonymous data only. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
Sailbud contains affiliate links to Viator, Expedia, and Gumroad. Clicking these links may set a cookie on those platforms. We earn a small commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.
We use MailerLite for email delivery, Google Analytics for site analytics, and Netlify for hosting. Each has their own privacy policy.
To unsubscribe from emails, click the unsubscribe link in any email. To request deletion of your email address, contact us at contact@sailbud.com.
